ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Homeowners in Plum filed lawsuits in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court over a fatal house explosion in the Rustic Ridge development in 2023 that destroyed three houses and damaged a dozen others. The lawsuits name Penneco Oil Company—Peoples Natural Gas, A.O. Smith Corp. and Grasinger Homes and allege that the companies were negligent in failing to stop a gas leak that sparked the explosion. - ➤ Club Cafe, a popular music venue on the South Side, will reopen Thursday with a four-day celebration—featuring live music from over 20 acts—after being bought by Keystone Artist Connect in April, seven months after its closure. WPXI
