About this event

Adult Heels Dance is a 12-week course for those 18 and older, designed to build confidence, heels technique, and performance quality through progressive training and dynamic choreographic combinations. This class welcomes movers of all experience levels and abilities, starting with basic strut techniques and progressing to turns, floorwork, hairography, and more. Whether you’re new to heels or looking to refine your dance skills, this class encourages you to move bold and freely!
