Based on the beloved holiday film that has become a Christmas tradition, A Christmas Story: The Musical brings all the nostalgia, humor, and heart of the original story to the stage!

Set in the 1940s in the fictional town of Hohman, Indiana, the musical follows 9-year-old Ralphie Parker on his quest for the ultimate Christmas gift: an Official Red Ryder carbine-action 200-shot Range Model air rifle. Despite repeated warnings that he’ll “shoot his eye out,” Ralphie comes up with one scheme after another to convince the grown-ups that his dream gift is exactly what he needs.

Audiences will delight in all the iconic moments from the classic film, including Flick’s unfortunate encounter with a frozen flagpole, Randy’s infamous snowsuit, the neighborhood bullies, the legendary leg lamp, the pink bunny suit, and a Christmas dinner no one will soon forget. With a delightfully versatile score featuring show-stopping numbers like “Ralphie to the Rescue!,” “A Major Award,” “Sticky Situation,” and “You’ll Shoot Your Eye Out!,” this musical delivers holiday laughs, memorable music, and plenty of heart.
