He took three shots with his Remington rifle, located the animal after noticing a blood pile, and with help from his brother and friends, completed the field dressing as park rangers assisted with the final transport. - ➤ The Mt. Washington Transit Tunnel is expected to reopen by the end of 2025—its track replacements and upgrades delayed by a design issue that caused its closure in February.
