  • A Pittsburgh high-rise was evacuated due to a fire on the 13th floor, with residents returning safely by 8:30 p.m. and no injuries reported.  WPXI

CRIME NEWS

  • A 21-year-old woman has been charged with criminal homicide following a fatal stabbing incident in Pittsburgh's Homewood West neighborhood.  WPXI

  • Pittsburgh's Mellon Square will debut a new light installation, 'Aurora: Illuminating the Holiday Magic of Mellon Square,' by local artist Joshua Challen Ice on Nov. 23, adding a sustainable attraction to the city's holiday season.  The Tribune-Review
