- ➤ Multiple off-duty 911 dispatchers and a tow operator saved two lives by pulling drivers from burning vehicles following a crash in Allegheny County on Saturday—fire officials arrived shortly after and the rescued individuals were taken to a local hospital for treatment. WTAE
