- ➤ A 9-year-old from Dunbar was reported missing Wednesday and found partially submerged in the Youghiogheny River just before 4 a.m. on Thursday, and Fayette County police are investigating her adoptive parent—accused of criminal homicide pending an autopsy. The Tribune-Review
