- ➤ Pittsburgh police are seeking help to locate Jordyn Redman, an 11-year-old girl from Sheraden who went missing on Monday and may be with an adult man—anyone with information is urged to report it immediately. WPXI
- ➤ A Robinson Township police officer, Steve Pies, has been charged with a felony count of aggravated assault and a misdemeanor count of simple assault after he allegedly followed Al Cannella to his workplace on Forest Grove Road on July 2—Cannella suffered injuries to his head and ribs and Pies was suspended without pay. - ➤ Monessen police arrested Charles Smitley IV and his girlfriend Colleen Cassidy after a boy's grandfather discovered bruising and signs of severe abuse—records show the 5-year-old was forced to eat his own feces and made to sleep on a hard floor. WPXI
