ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A 39-year-old woman identified as Nicole L. Brooke died after a golf cart accident Saturday night in Bell Township in Westmoreland County — she was taken to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and died about an hour later after the accident occurred shortly before 9 p.m.  The Tribune-Review
  • One person was taken to the hospital after a fire broke out at a home on the 1400 block of Greendale Drive in Plum borough on Sunday evening—first responders spent about an hour bringing the fire under control while the Allegheny County fire marshal investigates its cause.  WTAE

  • Pittsburgh Police arrested five teenagers—aged 15 to 17—for their alleged involvement in a two-day crime spree in Allegheny County.  Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
