- ➤ Pittsburgh voters will decide on three referendum questions next week that ask if the city charter should add limits on discrimination in business, keep water systems public, and restrict changes beyond what the law allows. - ➤ New Census data shows that Pittsburgh is the fastest-growing municipality in PA having gained 4,708 residents between 2020 and July 1 and reached 307,668 residents.
