- ➤ Marjorie Ann "Marjie" Mahar from New Kensington received closure after 75 years as DNA tests identified missing soldier Roland Bowser, who went missing in 1951 during the Korean War. - ➤ State lawmakers approved a bill to add nearly $300 million to help keep Pittsburgh Rapid Transit and Philadelphia’s SEPTA from cutting services—both systems face serious budget deficits that could harm riders.
