- ➤ Meadowcroft Rockshelter and Historic Village in Washington County (an hour from Pittsburgh) opened on Saturday, and the site displays human life evidence from 19,000 years ago along with recreated historic villages; it is open on weekends through Memorial Day and Wednesday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. WTAE
