  • Dress for Success in Pittsburgh offers donated clothing and career support to help women and nonbinary individuals gain confidence for job interviews. CULTURE NEWS

  • Meadowcroft Rockshelter and Historic Village in Washington County (an hour from Pittsburgh) opened on Saturday, and the site displays human life evidence from 19,000 years ago along with recreated historic villages; it is open on weekends through Memorial Day and Wednesday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  WTAE

SPORTS NEWS

  • Pirates completed a 1-0 sweep of the Reds on Sunday after Oneil Cruz’s tie-breaking single in the eighth secured the win. Gregory Soto closed the game following Braxton Ashcraft’s strong 7 2/3 innings.  CBS Pittsburgh
  • Mohammed El Youssfi (28) won the Men's Division at the UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Back Half Marathon on May 3, finishing in 1:01:43 and narrowly missing the local record. Aidan Reed finished second.  WTAE
  • Thousands ran a record-breaking Pittsburgh Marathon over the weekend downtown as the race — which drew spirited runners — energized local streets. KDKA reported a vibrant finish and historic turnout that boosted community pride.  CBS Pittsburgh
