- ➤ Carnegie Mellon University bought Chatham’s Eastside building at 6585 Penn Ave (near Bakery Square) last week and will lease back 140,000 sqft to house Chatham’s Health Sciences programs and Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship for at least a decade. The Tribune-Review
- ➤ Pitt’s enrollment grew 4.5% from 2024 to 2025, with its largest first-year class recorded last fall amid robust recruitment and state funding that keeps in-state tuition affordable + this rise comes as other Pennsylvania universities face declines. The Pitt News
