- ➤ People’s Natural Gas filed a request with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission for a base rate increase to fund its infrastructure plan. - ➤ Officials continue addressing the persistent odor from the Allegheny Valley Joint Sewage Treatment Plant amid delays in a federally mandated expansion.
