  • Isaly's — an iconic Pittsburgh deli and restaurant — will return to the Strip District in 2026 thanks to one man and the Heinz History Center. Barry Pintar of KDKA reported the revival will bring back a local favorite with deep ties to the city.  CBS Pittsburgh
  • Lelulo's Pizzeria reopened after a sewage issue — community help allowed the cleanup to finish quickly and the business is now serving its beloved slices. The owner said they are grateful for the support and plan to keep serving customers.  CBS Pittsburgh

  • Pitt softball beat Georgia Tech 6 to 0 at Vartabedian Field on March 21.  The Pitt News
  • The Pittsburgh Steelers have met with multiple quarterbacks but have focused on Louisville's Tyler Shough—he visited Pittsburgh several times last month. His repeated visits suggest he may become a key part of the team's future draft plans.  PennLive
  • The Pittsburgh Steelers did not re-sign quarterback Russell Wilson because a deep rift developed between him and the team after his performance dropped late last season. NFL Network said it will be very surprising if he returns this year—other teams are showing interest.  PennLive
  • The Pittsburgh Steelers met with Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers before his pro day on Tuesday—he had dinner with the Saints and visited with other teams during the NFL combine. This meeting marks the second time the Steelers showed interest in a quarterback as they prepared for the draft.  PennLive
