- ➤ The Pennsylvania Lottery said a scratch-off ticket hit for $5 million in Allegheny County. The winning Five Million Fabulous Fortune ticket was bought at Chocolate and Chances at 2 PPG Place in Downtown Pittsburgh — the shop will earn $10,000 for the win. KDKA

- ➤ Local riders have warned that proposed cuts to Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) services will reduce travel options, and many plan to speak with transit officials (community feedback) soon. CBS Pittsburgh
