  • Residents in East Liberty remain stuck nearly a week after a massive storm left Rapidan Way unplowed, causing 74 year old Stephanie Jordan to worry about missing urgent doctor appointments this week.   • Yesterday, due to extremely cold weather, Pittsburgh opened five warming centers at Healthy Active Living Community Centers in Beechview (1555 Broadway Ave), Greenfield (745 Greenfield Ave), Homewood (7321 Frankstown Rd), Sheraden (720 Sherwood Ave) and South Side Market House (12th and Bingham Streets) to offer safe warming spaces.  WPXI
