Middle School & Young Adult Social Groups

Looking for a place where your teen or young adult can make friends, build confidence, try new things, and have FUN? 💙

Connect Club is a social and community-based group from Inclusive Connections designed to help participants build real-life social skills through interactive activities and experiences—not just sitting around talking about them!

Throughout the summer at Experience Points , participants had the opportunity to:

🎯 Complete fun group challenges

🧩 Build problem-solving skills

💬 Practice conversation and social interactions

🙌 Develop confidence and self-advocacy

Now we're bringing Connect Club back with new activities, new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to CONNECT!

This isn't just a social group. It's a chance to build friendships, practice independence, discover new interests, and become more confident in the community.
