Presented in partnership with LaVega Cigar Co. and featuring Aaron Paoletta, the experience follows a curated progression of exceptional food and drink pairings. The evening begins with Highland Cattle tartare paired with Prosecco, followed by slow-roasted prime rib accompanied by two distinct Old Fashioneds. The experience concludes with Il Secondo, a handmade cigar introduced by Aaron Paoletta, paired with Alvear 1927 Pedro Ximénez. Guests will discover the cigar's construction, blend, and philosophy while exploring how tobacco, sweetness, and flavor come together as the final course. More than dinner and a cigar, Buenos Humos is a carefully composed tasting experience celebrating food, spirits, craftsmanship, and the ritual of the perfect draw.
