About this event

Did you try one of our Intro to Aerial Arts drop-in classes and love it? Or are you brand new to aerial arts? You're in the right place! This 4-week session is for students ages 14 and up who are brand new to aerial arts. Here you will be introduced to the fundamentals of aerial silks, sling, hoop, and static trapeze. You will learn proper form and technique while executing basic moves close to the ground. The goal at this level is to build core and upper body strength, while achieving body awareness and confidence in the air. Everyone is welcome! No prior experience necessary.
