Sixth Wind (Night 1)

About this event

Jason Greenlaw - guitar Aidan Epstein - bass Steve Ippolito - drums "Sixth Wind is a contemporary jazz fusion trio featuring Jason Greenlaw on guitar, Aidan Epstein on bass, and Steve Ippolito on drums. Rooted in the tradition of instrumental jazz but pointing firmly forward, the group crafts original music that rewards both attentive listeners and bodies that want to move. The trio's sound draws on the harmonic depth of modern jazz, the rhythmic elasticity of fusion, and the compositional boldness of contemporary instrumental music. They have created a distinctive voice that has earned them stages across the US, from Pittsburgh to Chicago, and Denver. With an EP and multiple singles released between 2022 and 2025, Sixth Wind is an active and evolving creative project with a growing catalog of original work and a reputation for compelling live performance."
