About this event
You're invited to the Let Them Eat Cake Tea — the launch celebration for The Minister of Fashion, my new book about Marie Antoinette and Rose Bertin, the woman who dressed a queen and helped spark a revolution. Join us Sunday, November 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Edgeworth Club in Sewickley for an afternoon tea with a twist: a fashion show by our newest fashion icon Michelle Ma Belle, bringing Bertin's world to life. Tickets: $45 in person / $35 virtual — get yours at heinzequillpublishing.com/tea Every ticket includes a signed copy of The Minister of Fashion and tea goodies. Raffle tickets, silent auction items, and fashion show pieces will be available to purchase. This event benefits the Friends of the Sewickley Public Library and the Heinze Quill Prize. Sponsored by The Penguin Bookshop. Please RSVP here so we know you're coming, then complete your ticket purchase at heinzequillpublishing.com/tea.
